Account Management
Can an account be closed or deleted?
Yes, you can close a trading account. However, due to regulatory requirements, we are obliged to retain your data for at least 7 years.
If your account remains inactive for 60 days or more and the balance is equal to or less than 50 GBP/EUR/USD and/or 200 ZAR, it will be archived.
